We would like to express our upmost appreciation and gratitude to Piero’s Italian Restaurant for their approval of our interview with their employees and their willingness to help us better understand the different processes that Piero's operates. We would like to thank Michael Cacciuttolo who agreed to the interview and accommodated his schedule to speak with us. We are extremely thankful to him for taking time out of his busy schedule to accommodate us to the best of his ability. He was not only a major help in the completion of our project but also in helping us further our knowledge and understanding of how a small restaurant operates.
