During our Interview with Cacciuttolo, we came to find out how he has managed to maintain a successful business amongst his competitors. According to Cacciuttolo, customers want to come to an attractive setting to enjoy a good meal, and since Piero’s was among the first Italian fine dining etiquette restaurants in Union Beach, customers arrive at the restaurant expecting to have a Unique dining experience. Bearing this in mind, the restaurant has been able to do a better job at exceeding its customer’s expectations.
  
His great efforts to achieve the restaurants competitive priorities has maintained the strong relationship with its customer and suppliers. Also, customers love to taste the genuine wholesomeness that comes from fresh ingredients, therefore the restaurant’s use of Fresh organic ingredients and the emphasize on the use of locally grown dairy and produce  has increased its competitive advantage making it one of the most popular top restaurants in the area. The restaurant has managed well its lean systems and design with a combination of both Push and pull methods to manage the inventory without any food waste. Additionally, consistency in the process strategies have contributed greatly to the success in the restaurant.
